Frank is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in Ohio and is a member of the Akron Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association.

 

Frank began his legal career as a paralegal at an Akron law firm in 2018, became a licensed attorney in 2023, and joined Starkey & Runkle in 2026. He is dedicated to personal injury work and committed to guiding clients through one of the most difficult moments of their lives. He also brings broad civil litigation experience across a range of matters, including business disputes, administrative appeals, and employment issues.

 

Beyond the office, Frank is an active performer in Northeast Ohio’s theater community, having appeared in more than 40 musicals and plays and earned a Best Actor nomination in Broadway World’s Regional Awards. When not practicing law or on stage, you’ll find him attending church, exploring new adventures with his wife Nicole, or spending time with their Boston terrier.
